First and foremost, please check the ongoing orders listed here. I list all my shopping trips at least two weeks in advance and as long as you send in your enquiry before the stipulated deadline, I will usually be able to help you with your requests.

 

Once you send in your request, it will take up to 48 hours for me to reply you with a quote (excluding shipping fees). If you're agreeable with it, you will need to make payment via PayPal or PayNow/PayLah, and then just sit tight until I get your items.

 

After I purchase your item(s), I will quote you your shipping fee, and as soon as that is paid, I'll proceed to ship out your parcel!

I can help you with anything that is listed here. That would mostly be:

 

1. Purchasing of concert and butai goods (usually for shows that I attend), shop photos, CDs/DVDs, magazines and books;

2. Paying for concert tickets, and purchase tickets from Loppi;

3. FC registrations/renewal;

4. Purchasing items from online stores that ship only to Japan;

5. Purchasing of items or products from Disney Store, Disneyland, USJ, Comic Market, Donki, Animate, pop-up stores, etc.

If you're paying via PayPal, you will pay for the following in one full payment, collected before the items are purchased:

 

(1) Items ordered

(2) 15% Service Fee

(3) Estimated shipping cost (balance, if any, to be refunded after shipping)

(4) PayPal fees (typically 2.9% of total amount + 0.30cents)

 

This is because my PayPal does not have the Friends and Family option, and collecting the estimated shipping cost together at one go will save you from paying the PayPal fees twice.

 

Singaporeans paying via PayLah/PayNow/Bank Transfer can choose to pay for (1) + (2) in the first payment, and (3) after the items are purchased.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your payment modes, and how do refunds work?

All payments are to be made via PayPal in SGD. Singaporeans may opt to do a bank transfer, or pay via PayNow or PayLah as well.

 

Cancellations will not be entertained, and refunds are only applicable if I am unable to fulfil your orders. You will also be fully responsible for any PayPal fees, and domestic/international shipping fees incurred.

How will my items be shipped?

I will always ship by EMS, unless otherwise requested. A picture of the parcel will be taken before shipping, and a tracking number will also be issued to you. 

 

Please note that if you choose to ship your items out without tracking, you will do so at your own risk.

 

I will not be responsible for any missing/damaged parcels.

 

I will usually ship the items within three days after I buy your items. If there are any delays on my end for any reason at all, you will be informed as soon as possible.
